CB Sports wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products and we will do our best to assist you in the unlikely event of a defect. Our limited warranty is valid to the original product owner for one year from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials, workmanship, zippers, stitching, snaps and dye bleeding that may occur under normal wear. CB Sports will not assist with, does not warranty and is not responsible for outerwear damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, and the natural breakdown of materials over time or conditions that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions.

Be prepared with the following information:

The model number is located on a white label on the inseam for outerwear, apparel and accessories. Our eyewear model numbers are located on the inside temple. 

You will need a copy of the purchase receipt and a description of the warranty issue/problem.

If we find your item is covered under the above limited warranty, we will advise you how to proceed. No garment will be accepted without a return authorization number that you will receive from our customer service department. All garments must be laundered as per the care instructions label prior to returning. Garments not laundered will be returned to the sender. When shipping a garment to our customer service department, write the return authorization number on the outside of the carton. CB Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not pay for shipping costs.

Once we receive your garment, CB Sports will inspect the garment and, if at its sole discretion, it determines that the problem is a result of a general manufacturing defect, we will when possible ship to you at our cost a replacement part for the defective part, along with returning your original garment. We do not repair garments. If we cannot repair the defective garment we will replace it with a new one. If we do not have the defective product in stock, CB Sports will replace it with a similar style and color at our discretion. This may take approximately 2-3weeks. During our busiest season (September through March), it can take a little longer and your patience is appreciated.
